My great uncle was killed in action during World War I fighting in the Battle of Argonne. It was amazing to read a chronological history of the 362nd from training camp to the battle front. So many young men died before they had a chance to experience live. I cannot image being ordered to attack the front lines of the German defense knowing you had very little chance to survive. In the back of the book there are brief explanations how some of the soldiers meet their fate. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that had lost a relative fighting in the 362nd during World War I.Product details
